Our employees are very important for the success of the Conrad Jacobson Group. It is their international experience, expertise, flexibility and communication capability that enables the Conrad Jacobson Group to be responsive on the individual requirements of our business partners as well as the continuously changing economic frame conditions. Based on this dynamical growth the Conrad Jacobson Group regularly trains one or two apprentices. For their further education they get interdisciplinary training in various subsidiaries of the group later on. This internal training system shall not only make the Conrad Jacobsen Group more attractive for excellent junior staff members, but secure the necessary personnel resources in the long term. Moreover, we offer internal foreign language courses. |
