The origin of Conrad Jacobson GmbH dated back to 1897. Ever since Conrad Jacobson has exclusively been acting as a dealer and agent in the import and export business of paper and pulp. Over the years Conrad Jacobson became a group of companies with more than twenty subsidiaries at home and abroad, who were also active as dealers and agents for paper and pulp. The company's global sales of paper and pulp exceed 1 Million tons per year. Conrad Jacobson GmbH has approx. 60 employees in Hamburg and more than 200 in the whole group. As the group does not dispose of its own warehouses and forwarding agents, all employees are highly qualified export and import specialists.
